This highly visible position will provide international tax support for the Company, a thriving, global, technology driven, organization and report directly to the Vice President of International Tax. The successful candidate in this position will have the opportunity to develop new broad skills in the area of International Tax and have the ability to provide a dramatic impact to the organization. The position requires frequent interaction with employees throughout the organization including Treasury, Accounting, Finance, and Legal. The candidate in this position will work in close collaboration with overseas tax personnel and our external tax partners. The ability to multi-task and work on a wide variety of projects is the key to the success of this position.

Manage U.S. International tax compliance process including
•Manage tax function for Canadian, Mexico and Latin American legal entities
•Assist with U.S international tax and Non U.S. tax controversy
•Assist with international tax planning initiatives
•Support MVP International tax
•Manage stock based compensation reporting and planning
•Develop international tax associate
•Resolve day-to-day international tax issues
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
•MST and/or CPA
•Minimum 5 years corporate multinational/international income tax compliance & planning experience
•Familiarity with Non US tax laws & tax treaties
•Hyperion & Corptax experience a plus
•Strong Excel, etc skills
•Public Accounting background preferred
•Proactive, attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize, and ability to work autonomously
