JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Product Marketing Manager plays an important role within the skin better science US Marketing team. This role is critical in supporting the continued development of the existing product range as well as launching innovation. This role will collaborate with Digital Marketing, Professional Channel Marketing lead, sales team, SSR team, concierge, operations, PR agency, education and training, and outside vendors in support of product-related programs and launches to drive the success of our US business. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and curiosity, demonstrate resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities and be able to operate in a complex environment. Existing skincare knowledge will ensure success. Interest in professional skincare and/or aesthetics market, a plus. This position will report to the AVP, Product Marketing.
RESPONSIBILTIES :
Synthesize data, including product sales, consumer insights, competitive trends and market research, and make recommendations to inform product strategy and execution
Support the development of product positioning and messaging (B2B and DTC) and ensure consistent execution across channels
Develop sales collateral to arm the sales team with compelling and influential material; ensure timely execution of all support materials
Analyze product sales trends to inform forecast and identify and quantify opportunities and risks
Identify new marketing opportunities via promotions and programs through sales team insights and competitive analysis; ensure partnership with eCom and B2B for seamless, consistent execution of strategy
Partner with global on innovation, influence product development and claims to optimize launches for US market
Support launch planning and collaborate with demand planning and production to ensure on time, in full launches
Support launch go to market plans with optimized tactics to drive demand, creation and execution of launch assets, and cross-functional collaboration across training, medical relations, business development, digital and PR/Social
Manage day to day operations with excellence and interact effectively and collaboratively with cross-functionals
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of marketing related experience; beauty, healthcare, skincare or aesthetics-related marketing/brand management experience is desired

Salary: $100k-$120k base salary + bonus
