Job Duties:
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.
Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product in all assigned tasks.
Successfully manage deadlines, meet expectations, and perform required duties as necessary.
Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all firm policies and practices.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Bar in Texas or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
5-7 years of experience specifically in debt finance, including bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and transactions.
