A law firm in Dallas is actively seeking a Mid-level Capital Markets Associate Attorney with a strong background and interest in representing public companies in public and private securities offerings (both debt and equity). The ideal candidate will also have experience advising clients on Exchange Act reporting, SEC compliance and disclosures, and corporate governance.
