Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Dallas is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with the capability to manage multiple cases and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This role requires Texas licensure, exceptional academic credentials, and strong skills in writing, research, analysis, and verbal communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead attorney on various litigation cases, managing all aspects of the case from initiation to resolution.
Coordinate with other associates and staff to ensure efficient case management and support.
Act as the primary contact for clients, providing them with updates, legal advice, and case strategy.
Conduct depositions and participate in courtroom proceedings, representing clients effectively and professionally.
Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Perform legal research to support case strategy and provide accurate legal advice.
Analyze case law, legal precedents, and relevant statutes to inform case strategy.
Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each client's needs and case specifics.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to refine litigation approaches and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
Requirements:
Texas licensure is mandatory.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in handling multiple cases simultaneously.
Ability to serve as the point person on litigation matters.
Deposition and courtroom experience is required.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
Skills:
