The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, driving the People agenda in alignment with the business strategy. This role is pivotal in fostering organization design and effectiveness, talent and performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of HR business partner or generalist experience, with a strong background in organizational design, learning, leader development, and coaching. They should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
