About The Opportunity
An exciting opening for a Senior Real Estate Accountant just opened in one of the fully integrated real estate firms in Boston, MA
They are focused on development and investment opportunities in Boston and the surrounding region with expertise in the industry
The opportunity will be responsible for all financial reporting at the fund level and review work at the property accounting level for a portfolio
Senior Real Estate Accountant Responsibilities
Prepare work papers for audits and tax returns
Assist in calculating and create monthly billings for quarterly asset management and other fees from investment funds
Help preparing year-end and quarterly financial statements for investment funds and other entities
Provide accounting support to business partners
Senior Real Estate Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
3-5+ years of real estate property accounting experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
