About the Role
The Company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The HRBP will be a key player in the organization, collaborating with senior management, department heads, and employees to ensure that HR initiatives are in line with the company's goals. This includes acting as a trusted advisor and coach, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also be involved in talent development, rewards practices, and guiding management on HR policies and best practices. The role demands a professional with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.Applicants for the HRBP position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of experience and be fluent in Spanish.
