Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payments. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedules and confirms appointments
Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Ordering of supplies
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
MUST at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in customer service
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent computer skills
Familiar with scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Bilingual - Spanish a plus
