Glumac , a Tetra Tech Company, has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Government/Science and Technology Program Manager to join our growing team in California . The primary function of the Program Manager will be to manage a portfolio of projects within the government and Science and Technology sector across California. The right candidate has a proven record of successfully implementing processes and procedures on education and/or government projects or programs and will help achieve optimum outcomes and solutions within the sustainable design market and drive performance to align business and clients' objectives.

In this role, you will oversee and lead large-scale projects for the Science and Technologyand/or government sector and may serve as the principal in charge of multiple projects. This person will support the business strategy for the sector and will identify, pursue, and execute opportunities including proposal development, project manager support, contract negotiation, team leadership, and project execution.

You will excel in this position if you have the ability to successfully lead the planning, development, and execution of a program or a pipeline of connected projects and you are an articulate leader with business insight to balance commercial objectives against program compliance requirements. You should have prior experience consulting in MEP for Science and Technologyand/or government projects, managing clients, executing contracts, and leading the design and construction administration for multiple large Science and Technology and/or government facilities.

Additional qualifications include:

•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

•10+ years of experience in a related role

•Experience with managing a program of connected projects successfully

•Located in San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento and Seattle

•Project Management experience, required

•Leadership experience, required

•Current Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferred

•CGMP and BSL 2/3 experience, preferred.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
