Job Description:
Our client is hiring a Senior Sales Executive/Account Manager to join their high-achieving team on a global scale. S/he will have excellent prospect qualification, proposal development, presentation, and negotiating skills utilized to succeed in this role. Demonstrate expertise in gaining access and selling to mid through senior-level decision-makers to ensure a deep enough understanding and identification of clients' individual experiences.
Responsibilities:
100% emphasis on identifying business opportunities
Regularly provide reports and develop forecasts on performance against objectives
Ensure leadership is aware of endangered accounts
Retain existing revenue while managing, negotiating, and growing new revenue through up-selling and cross-selling into assigned customers
Compensation & Benefits: Base = $90k - $150k (dependent on years of experience)
Commission = $150k - $180k
OTE year 1= $180k - $300k
