Responsibilities The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a local ADT Direct Sales team.
Supervise all Direct Sales staff
Interview, hire, train, and motivate Direct Sales Team
Maintain minimum personal sales requirements
Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals
Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, etc
Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management
Position involves 70% field work (personal sales/ride-alongs), 30% office work (training/administrative work)
Office work required daily (30%)
Field work required daily in all weather and climate conditions (70%)
Residential sales hours (10am-2pm office, 2:30pm-8:30pm field)
Occasional travel, as required
Uncapped commissions on personal sales
Uncapped overrides on your sales staff
Monthly performance bonuses
Paid training
Paid vacations
Avg. first year income hitting minimum requirements $127,600
