Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities Include: Support the Solutions Delivery team with technical onboarding and act as the product specialist and expert on what integrating with our platform entails
Lead Retail partner feasibility/scoping sessions and technical evaluations based on deep knowledge of platform through discovery and solution launch
Regularly engage with our Product and Engineering teams to synchronize project timelines with internal and external TPMs
Regularly travel on site to lead technical discovery post signature to accelerate onboarding and establish clear development requirements for solution delivery
Provide feedback and identify opportunities and trends to further improve the Platform
Champion the Retail (technical) relationship from signature to deployment, including at the executive sponsor level, and internally with our Program Management and Engineering teams
Design enterprise-grade solutions and integrations between the platform and external retailer and 3rd party systems
Write technical answers to questions and manage collection of information for RFIs and RFPs
Help build best-in-class Sales Enablement practices, with a focus on scalability. As an early member of our team, you'll play a key role in shaping the Solutions Engineering processes that will power our hypergrowth trajectory
Become an expert in leading detailed demonstrations across full product suite, working closely with our Product teams to drive constant improvements to our demo capabilities
Required Qualifications: 8+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant or Technical Sales engineer
Retail client experience, including Pre-Sales and Delivery
Experience interfacing with clients daily at all levels of an Enterprise org: IT/Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, CXO/Exec level
Strong communication and presentation skills; including PowerPoint, Visio, Figma, or equivalent to communicate integrations and solutions
Experience working with Retail clients to evangelize, architect and deliver enterprise grade solutions comprising of mobile applications, SDK's, API, Data Warehouse, and ETL processes
Product experience: act as a funnel for and definition of solution product requirements for the Product team
Independent, a self-starter with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy startup
B.S. degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
