What we’re seeking:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) represents HR in working closely with the leadership of designated client groups and with the HR Director, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). The HRBP supports Digital & Technology and Network. The position is responsible for aligning HR activities with the business objectives of designated business functions and locations. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and is expected to understand the operations, business strategy, and goals of its client groups,
The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR and workforce-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with the HR function and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP works proactively to identify and resolve HR, employee, and organizational issues and works collaboratively with the HR COEs to deliver value-added services and solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience at Frontier. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business knowledge about the function’s day-to-day workings and the operational/financial performance and objectives.
In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Dallas, TX, location to complete your work responsibilities.
What we need in you:
In this role, you will provide support and guidance to our CDIO and Customer Operations teams and will need to possess out-of-the-box thinking to provide solutions to sometimes complex issues. This position will require good communication skills and time management skills in order to prioritize work and meet sensitive deadlines.
What you’ll do:
The HRBP role provides day-to-day support to business teams and collaborates with HR COEs to deliver services in the following areas:
Workforce Planning – facilitates the processes of analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand; assessing workforce gaps and determining the right talent levels; and partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure the right skills are in the right place at the right time to drive organizational success.
Talent & Performance Management – supports the implementation of performance management programs that measure employee performance and encourage ongoing feedback and accountability; consults with business leaders on improving operational performance; supports processes that help assess, review, build, and manage talent for the future.
HR Administration & Compliance – resolve day-to-day HR administration matters to ensure compliance including but not limited to I-9, new hire onboarding, compliance training completion, employee notices, offboarding of talent, and unemployment claims; and proactively monitors and ensures HR processes deliver the employee experience in a seamless manner.
Change Agent – supports efforts that focus on organizational effectiveness, improvement and high performance; helps the workforce prepare for and adapt to any potential changes the organization may experience; helps ensure employee voice and clear communications are appropriately and effectively addressed as part of any organizational change.
Employee Champion – knows the employees, what motivates them, and drives their behavior in the workplace; helps to create a workplace that fosters open communication, high performance, and putting the customer first; promotes employee development in ways that help them better their talents and skills on the job.
This individual will play an important role in helping to identify and resolve organizational issues and partner with the HR COEs to provide people solutions to drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience at Frontier. What we offer:

Salary Range: $57,000 - $142,000
20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

Acquire a thorough understanding of Frontier’s organization hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
Comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Travel 0-5% of the time
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT & Excel) or related software
Education & Experience BS degree in Human Resources or related field required
Minimum of 2 years in an HR generalist role or related experience
Prior experience in other HR COE disciplines preferred (Salary & Benefits, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Organization & Talent Development, and Workforce Planning)
Broad-based functional business experience (other than HR) is preferred and would be a plus
PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification desired
