Job Summary
The PeopleWorks (PW) Business Partner is a strategic partner to department leaders byembedding corporate PW strategy into day-to-day work and providing professional PWguidance and support to internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business.This role is a critical contributor to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify,prioritize and build organizational capabilities, efficient department structures and processesand to drive key performance behaviors.
Your Key Job Functions
• Builds and implements long-term PW initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda andproactively identifies new opportunities for PW to improve and add value to the business.
• Leads leadership teams with headcount forecasting and succession planning to supportfunction and business strategy.
• Facilitates and reviews key business performance targets and results and their related talentimplications with business leaders.
• Coaches and guides leaders on promoting culture of diversity and inclusion and to ensurehigh performance to TMs. Understands and solicits TM opinions and anticipates their needsand concerns.
• Collaborates with business leaders in providing TMs with development opportunities thatalign with current and future performance standards
• Works cross-functionally with broader PW teams to ensure effective PW strategies.
• Evaluates and provides key insights and market trends to help identify gaps and todemonstrate PW strategy effectiveness.
• Manages specific projects as determined in the annual PW strategy and contributes tofunctional and cross-functional initiatives.
What You Bring to the Team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relatedfield.
• 5+ years experience managing HR within a corporate environment with strong expertise inall HR practice areas including organizational design, succession planning, associaterelations, talent development, talent acquisition and total rewards.
• Proven track record in developing effective HR strategies and initiatives that strengthenorganizational health and align with company business goals.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence acrossan organization at all levels.
• Collaborative team player.
