Landscape Construction Estimator:
Lawns of Dallas is one of the premiere full-service landscape companies in the Dallas Metroplex. Locally owned for over 40 years, we are a full-service landscape design/build and maintenance company. We are currently seeking a Landscape Construction Estimator to support our Construction Team in designing and estimating landscape construction plans on high-end residential and commercial projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Help estimate landscape plans from other landscape architects
Support Construction Team with finalizing pricing
Finalize the construction details, irrigation plan, drainage, etc.
Assist with field site measurements and take-offs
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape/construction industry
Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
Ability to use landscape software and CAD renderings
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of city regulations for permitting and construction codes
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Pro-active and self-starter personality with excellent time management skills
Takes pride in your work
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Construction Management is a plus
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
