We are revolutionizing software testing and need help in letting the world know it. Hence, we are looking for Jedi Account Executive who wants to impact the world by changing how software is tested.
Responsibilities
Providing first class support to all clients by learning about their current and future needs and how we could best help
Presenting and demonstrating the value of testRigor to prospective clients through product knowledge and client discovery
Maintaining a CRM to ensure your notes and data are up to date - in Hubspot
Manage the sales cycle from a demo to securing a deal. You would be responsible for a demo, trial, closing the deal and the following upsells to the customers.
Nurturing relationships and monitoring sales cycles as short as 1 day up to as long as a year +
Sales Development Representatives run effective campaigns, so you will already have warm prospects to work with!
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships in the Client Community (in and out of the organization) to create a better client experience
Managing customers’ expectations and escalating complaints and constructive feedback as needed
Qualification
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in relevant fields. (Bachelors in Computer Science/IT preferred)
1+ years of work experience as an Account Executive (Preferred)/in Sales
Native English speaker with excellent command of both written and spoken language
Ability to connect with people, not just talk to them
Capable of learning some technical understanding of how the software works
Ability to multi task and work on a highly competitive environment
Self-motivated and driven
An excellent team player
Compensation
Base Pay: USD 30K - 80K, On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD 180K - 200K
