We are currently searching for a Customer Experience Manage r to join our team at our North City Honda. Your responsibility wouldinclude acting as a liaison between Sales Management and BDC to ensure our valued customer are responded to and their questions and concerns are taken care of. Responsibilities
Make out going calls, texts, and emaildaily
Must be able to utilize Co-Video to immediately send walk around videos to customers upon the first quality contact.
Identify anyservice customer that would be interested in a new or used vehicle purchase.
Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
Schedule future contact/visits/meeting withcustomers as needed.
Work closely withstore GSM and Corporate trainer to maximize all sales opportunities.
Answers and responds to incoming customer phone calls, internet leads, or any other communications promptly and professionally.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Make calls to prospective customers to set up appointments
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

Qualifications
Automotive sales experience preferred, but not necessary
Previous experience with Vin Solutions & V-Auto would be a huge plus
Experience withMicroSoft Office including Word, Excel, & Outlook

Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
