Director, Global Integrated Marketing

What You'll Do Develop and implement annual marketing strategy, global go-to-market plans, and activations.

Balance scaling in-line stories with crafting disruptive moments.

Expand the brand’s presence to current events, social/digital trends, and authentic brand partners.

Execute campaigns to increase brand momentum, acquire new customers, and drive product sell-through.

Collaborate with agencies, talent management, and internal/external creative teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.

Align global strategy across Crocs Tier-One markets (China, Japan, Korea, India, Germany, UK).

Guide leadership and cross functional teams to successful implementation of brand and product integrated marketing plans.

Co-create campaign briefs that support executional synchronicity with cross functional teams.

Cross-collaborate with influencer, social, digital, and creative teams to execute against one plan to support the business.

Guide global brand marketing managers and regional leaders to an integrated execution strategy for all global campaigns with the goal of driving headlines, engaging fans, and selling product.

Act as a strategic partner for cross functional teams including product, merchandising, and sales channels (eCommerce, Retail Wholesale/Distributor).

You'll foster effective communication and collaboration across all groups to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to vet and activate best-in-class, brand-relevant talent to meet brand and commercial objectives, while staying on the forefront of culture.

Lead team of direct report(s), ensuring a productive and positive working environment.

Partner with the legal organization on all campaign and marketing activation plans to stay compliant and within contractual terms.

What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, related field, or equivalent professional experience.

10+ years marketing experience and 3+ years of management experience.

Global Brand experience with multiple channels and geographic regions are supported.

Footwear, fashion and/or retail industry experience.

Proven ability to influence and think outside of the box.

Excellent project management oversight with the ability to drive projects in ambiguous and changing environments against tight timelines.

Strong leadership skills, and a history of leading cross-functional and cross-regional partners though development and execution via clear communication.

Understanding of dynamic and global business organizations. You can navigate across sales channels and communications platforms to provide strategic recommendations and action plans that drive brand awareness and esteem across consumer touch points.

You're no stranger to drafting strategic marketing briefs for both integrated and channel-specific programs.

Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate complex data, trends and insights into actionable strategy.

Passion for building strong brands with a focus on consumers.

Salary or Pay Range: $175,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.

This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
