The Integrated Marketing Manager will be the right-hand to the Head of Marketing. This individual will own the B2B2C Marketing Strategy, working closely with Covered's talented Business Development and Partner Success teams with the goal of driving revenue growth for the company. They will effectively create and manage Covered's Marketing content calendar to ensure the ongoing optimization of consumer conversion, engagement and retention. This person will be responsible for building out a world class library of marketing content by writing clear and concise copy for various mediums and audiences. The Integrated Marketing Manager will serve as an important thought leader in the Marketing organization and will manage the B2B2C Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, and In-House Design functions.
Position Responsibilities Preferred experience working with B2B2C marketing
Shape the strategic and execution vision for Marketing and Brand communications across markets
Ultimately responsible for driving conversion, acquisition, retention, loyalty
Lead the sales and marketing team to brainstorm new marketing ideas for digital and social media
Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the marketing campaign and strategy
Research and monitor market trends and data to find opportunities to increase our revenue
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Manages complex and multi-channel campaigns
Expertise in managing a marketing content calendar
Experience with driving consumer conversion optimization
Create marketing programs and content calendars for Covered partners (B2B2C) as well as for Covered's customers (B2C)
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team including growth marketing, performance marketing, creative and design functions
Delegate appropriate tasks to supporting team members
Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums
Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field
Industry experience in insurance or financial services
7+ years of experience in Advertising, Public Relations, or Marketing
Experience working as a Marketing Manager or a similar managerial role
Possesses a strong bias towards coaching, mentoring and empowering their team members to create a high performance marketing organization
Expertise in strategy development of marketing campaigns
Prowess in copywriting and delivering captivating content
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Manages complex and multi-channel campaigns
Expertise in managing a marketing content calendar
Experience with driving consumer conversion optimization
Success working independently and as a collaborative member of a team
