Deep experience in the B2B SaaS with a focus on regional, field, channel and partner marketing; working directly with sales teams.

Skilled at building and maintaining relationships, being a strategic partner to sales and engaging with senior leadership.

Action orientated, with a track record of delivering results in line with company objectives through operational excellence, including accelerating and progressing pipeline.

Highly detail-oriented and is excellent at collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, sales, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Ability to travel domestically (up to 15%) and internationally (up to 5%)

This role will report to Marcus Hoefliger, VP of Marketing.

Born to a Swiss father, and a Maori mother of Te Arawa descent, I’m a little different, and I love it. At the time of writing this, I’ll be splitting my time between being a Dad to two lil lads under 3, sport and mountain bike addict, wannabe chef, and helping Auror empower more retailers around the world to stop crime, for good. I’m excited (like really excited) to work with talented, caring, driven and ambitious people who want to elevate themselves, their peers, and Auror to new heights.

Competitive Salary Range: Depending on level of experience $150,000 - $168,000 (PL5)

Employee share scheme: You’ll own part of a company making a real difference!

Flexibility: We are hard-working and outcome focused, but recognise there is more to life than work. We promote a healthy work/life blend.

Shorter work weeks (at full pay): Everyone gets Friday afternoons off, so you can start your weekend early, and do more of whatever it is that makes you happy.

Focus on mental and physical health: We understand how vital our health is and have policies to support your wellness, including: Wellness Days,  and up to three expert sessions paid for every year.

Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision): Auror covers 100% of the cost of your health insurance plan with United Healthcare & Metlife.
