Job Description:
The Sales Design Consultant is responsible for looking for new customer opportunities, designing world-class pools, and managing all pool project customer experiences within an assigned territory. They will develop and implement account sales and marketing strategies to increase sales to meet corporate goals. The Design Consultant will be responsible for selling products and solutions to customers directly or through sales channels. They will develop relationships with Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Homeowners while collaborating with subcontractors. To maintain accurate tracking of leads and deals they will consistently utilize the CRM.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for prospecting new opportunities, managing relationships, scheduling calls, and being the face of the company
Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals
Maintain knowledge of current and new products to educate customers for design implementation
Collaborate with internal teams to drive the market with innovative products
Compensation & Benefits:
100% commission-based role
6% on the contract amount
Commission on Overage/Underage Cost
The commission is paid when the job starts
Uncapped commission on overage
Additional compensation: Corporate year end bonus based on company results (avg: $10k-$15k based on 50 pools)
OTE: $300K
