Conduct interviews with potential internal hires
Oversee full-cycle recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, assessing,
and assisting with the additional offer and negotiation process).
Perform customer service related activities
Develop effective recruitment strategies based on our company's needs
Develop a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified hires based on our company's needs
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in interviewing potential hires
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
