Accounting Manager
Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager in our client's Marlborough office. This full-time, exempt position offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary range of $107-$122K.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations in a fast-paced environment
Drive month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement compilation
Present financial information to executive management, providing insights and recommendations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
Coordinate and facilitate external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience, including supervisory experience with accounting staff
Strong knowledge of multi-ledger and multi-divisional accounting, including intercompany accounting across multiple legal entities, multi-currency, and international transactions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
Predictive Index assessment will be required (administered by us)
This position is based in our Marlborough office, and remote work is not available.
