Job Description Summary
Lamb Weston is seeking a passionate National Account Manager responsible for achieving assigned sales results on designated accounts and providing support for Lamb Weston corporate strategies and initiatives, through strong, consultative relationships. In meeting the goals and objectives, the incumbent will assume leadership of the development of strategy and execute strategic plans for assigned customers.
Selected candidate must be near a major airport hub in one of the following cities: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Raleigh, Atlanta, LA/SoCal or Phoenix.
Job Description
Delivers sales goals using appropriate resources available, balancing volume and profit goals and managing a dynamic environment to achieve results
Develops and delivers ambitious, articulate, consultative, fact-based selling proposals and presentations leveraging key insights, with poise and confidence
Interfaces across functions at the customer to identify mutually beneficial projects and actionable solutions
Develops joint scorecards with strategic business partners to measure plan success
Incorporates financial resources into the planning process to drive profitable growth
Develops action plans which define strategic and tactical initiatives for the customer in accordance with customer segmentation and aligned with Lamb Weston strategic direction
Maximizes the ROI to Lamb Weston by driving new product and other opportunities
Anticipates and addresses execution issues/objections before they become a problem
Leads cross-functional collaboration internally and externally
Continually monitors and evaluates customer/marketplace insights to anticipate opportunities
Coordinates with third party customer distributor to ensure achievement of assigned goals
Leverages project management skills to effectively satisfy internal and external expectations and opportunities
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s level degree preferred
Experience: 7 years of FS or related Sales experience or a related combination of education and experience
Technical Skills: Ability to use and apply a variety of technologies and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, syndicated data sources; with Customer Resource Management use a plus
Valid US driver’s license and ability to meet Lamb Weston driving standards required
Ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to obtain a passport to enable international travel desired

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $148,180.00 - $222,270.00
