How you'll be impactful:
The Revenue Planning Manager is responsible for building reports that serve to monitor and manage key metrics and communicate findings to Ingenio's Director, Revenue Planning and key stakeholders. This is a hands-on role contributing to overall P&L reporting and analysis. This role requires analytical thinking with a strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace trends, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for building and delivering reporting, key findings, and business insights. This role will have the unique ability to diligently monitor, report on and escalate impacts on revenue-based metrics in order to identify opportunities and risks to the business. Your work will directly impact and contribute to Ingenio's goals, objectives, and strategies on a global scale.
Please note: This role will be required to be in our SF office at minimum 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
What you'll be doing:
Report into the Director of Revenue Planning and partner with cross-functional team members of Ingenio to track and measure financial and strategic objectives in alignment with Ingenio's rhythm of the business.
Support various aspects of revenue planning, including business performance tracking, report building, forecast management, trend monitoring, as well as systematic and ad-hoc analysis
Develop rapport and build relationships and surface data-driven insights throughout the organization, specifically across the Revenue Planning department, including Data & Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Customer & Advisor Management, and Product Management
Synthesize information into a concise, clear presentation of findings; present key findings and actionable recommendations to senior management
What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or equivalent practical experience
5+ years relevant work experience, preferably in inventory management, merchandise planning, business strategy or business analysis for retail or eCommerce based businesses
Experience with tops-down and bottoms-up planning, company planning, and/or merchandise planning a plus
Proven experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets a must
Experience with Tableau/self-service BI platform and utilizing dashboards
Knowledge of testing and building business cases
Proven experience in data visualization best practices
In-depth knowledge of promotions and pricing strategies and balancing gross margin impacts
Quantitative mindset and strong analytical skills - deep experience and enthusiasm for pulling and manipulating data, and communicating insights to business partners
Ability to think strategically and have exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is still being determined. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
