We are working with an architectural door manufacturer that is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Pacific Northwest Region . They ideally want someone based out of the Northern CA, Seattle, Salt Lake City or Denver region . The region is from Denver up to Utah and over to the Northwest Coast. This position will manage a small team of direct and independent sales reps. The Pacific NW RSM will mentor, train, and support the sales team. They will provide coaching and guidance to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, motivation and their overall ability to drive sales growth. The Pacific NW RSM will be responsible for hiring, firing, selection of independent reps, developing market plans, provide market analysis, go on joint calls, generate reports, manage customer service issues, and drive the brand awareness throughout the region. This position requires frequent travel. It also requires a Bachelor's degree, building materials sales management experience , and the proven ability to manage sales teams.
