We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team and help expand our market presence.

Position Summary:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients within the Christmas light installation industry, municipalities, shopping malls, and other commercial properties. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our holiday decor and lighting products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves a combination of prospecting, consultative selling, account management, attending trade shows, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the holiday decor and lighting industry.

2. Identify and target potential customers, including Christmas light installers, municipalities, shopping malls, and sports venues, through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

3. Attend 5-8 trade shows per year, which may require travel, to showcase our products, generate leads, and build industry relationships.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using our CRM system.

5. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to overall team success.

7. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to stay up-to-date with product enhancements, new releases, and competitive landscape.

8. Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to customers' requirements, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

9. Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contract terms to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability.

10. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, promptly addressing inquiries, on-site project management, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

11. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in B2B full cycle sales, prospect, cold-calling, and account management.

· 4-year degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field is preferred, but not required.

· Experience selling to municipalities, shopping malls, or other commercial entities is highly desirable.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, influence decision-making, and effectively communicate product value propositions.

· Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.

· Knowledge of holiday decor, lighting, or related products, including industry trends and best practices, is an advantage.

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Salary and Benefits:

· Base salary: $50,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.
