The Role
IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our Foster City-based team as a Business Operations Analyst. The Analyst will work cross-functionally to assess current operations, streamline existing workflows, and identify opportunities for automation. They will develop an in-depth knowledge of our tech stack and will collaborate with internal and external resources to execute on firmwide initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive high impact initiatives by leveraging technology and systems
Ability to leverage business insights using data to communicate recommendations to key stakeholders
Collaborate with the Operations and Client Service teams to improve efficiency across all platforms
Become familiar with IEQ’s policies and processes
Create recurring reports to track data flow and monitor processes
Stay updated on industry and market trends and make recommendations accordingly
Build and maintain code bases
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in an software engineering role
Experience coding in Python, SQL or JavaScript and strong data management skills
Experience developing for cloud services, Azure, AWS of GCP
UX/UI Front End Developer experience preferred
Information Technology or Cloud Infrastructure experience preferred
Full Stack Developer experience a plus
Ability to create and deliver compelling and clear presentations
Strong project management skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think critically and anticipate issues
Good verbal and written communications skills
Good relationship-building skills both inside and outside of the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment
Curious, excited to solve big data challenges, “No task is too small” mentality
Bachelor’s degree is required

Compensation
The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $75,000 - $110,000, depending on skills and experience.
