We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, in office position reporting to the Director of Marketing that plays a key role in promoting the Bank’s services, products and brand, while overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives. This position develops marketing and pricing strategies, manages marketing campaigns, organizes promotional events, and handles social media posts in support of the Bank’s strategic goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing and Department Heads for internal and external marketing.
Executes assigned marketing products and services with little or no direction.
Oversees the design, creation, editing and proofing of print graphic materials and web materials for marketing and other business purposes.
Reviews and analyzes donation requests with the Marketing Director, coinciding with the Bank’s giving criteria, ensure processing and tracking of approved donations. In addition, assist with the annual processing and distribution of the Nonprofit Partner Program .
Create social media, blog posts, digital display content, video content, intranet posts and web content in collaboration with the Marketing Director, post approved content to both platforms independently.
Interact with vendors and community contacts for public relations purposes, assist with media placement; manage advertising schedule.
Create engaging e-mail campaigns, online advertising signage/banners, and other projects as assigned.
Help maintain and improve the Company's brand style guides.
Manage community outreach programs focused on financial literacy and credit education.
Oversee external customer satisfaction levels throughout the organization through surveys,
Oversee the Banks overall public relations strategy, communicate with the market to raise awareness of the bank, build and manage the Bank’s reputation and cultivate relationship with the community.
Other duties as assigned.
The strong candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 2 years of experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must be adept at problem-solving, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to prioritize and efficiently plan work. In addition, candidates must be dependable, organized, accurate, with strong written and verbal communication skills and superior customer service.
