Senior Project Manager - Facilities Management (Green Bay, WI)

Job Summary: As the Senior PM, you will oversee project management services within the WI market, driving the achievement of strategic business objectives. Key focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Performance: Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, billing, accounts receivable, expense control, and staffing for client accounts. Ensure full P&L accountability to EBITDA.
Client Interaction: Regularly engage with clients to set and achieve goals, develop action plans, and respond to client needs and concerns.
Team Leadership: Supervise project management staff, ensuring adherence to operations, policies, and procedures. Identify performance needs, provide coaching and training, and handle hiring, terminations, and evaluations.
Project Management: Oversee all project phases, including procurement, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout, with a focus on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
Business Development: Foster new business growth and maintain existing relationships. Integrate with other business lines and cross-sell services to achieve strategic objectives.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures. Manage contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout.
Risk Management: Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, and develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Reporting: Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports for clients and the company.
Community Engagement: Participate in civic and business organizations, managing relationships with industry and trade associations, vendors, and professional organizations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS/BEng/BArch).
Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in project management, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications: LEED AP and PMP preferred.
