Job Description
Our client, a leading food equipment company, is currently seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:
1) Plan, schedule, execute, or coordinate the intricate phases of project implementation until achieving customer acceptance and closure
2) Establish and maintain internal and external relationships to promote collaboration, cooperation, and communication throughout the project
3) Ensure that projects adhere to Sharpe and/or Customer workflow and design standards
4) Guarantee meticulous project management to optimize customer satisfaction
5) Ensure the implementation of the project quality control plan and its adherence
6) Ensure the satisfactory completion of the punch list according to customer requirements
7) Submit project change orders to customers within one week of their request
8) Prepare, finalize, and submit O&M manuals to clients by the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
9) Lead the review of the schedule, design, and cost estimates for assigned projects
10) Manage the development of execution plans and oversee installation through startup activities
11) Participate in the competitive bidding process for equipment and construction procurement, including organizing pre-bid and post-bid meetings
12) Supervise project engineers, construction administrators, and/or contractors during various stages of project execution
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the food equipment industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in engineering
