We’re looking for a natural communicator and problem solver to work with clients, designers, and developers to maintain and enhance existing websites and applications.

Threespot’s Account Coordinator is responsible for handling our clients’ ongoing maintenance and enhancement requests. They must be a patient communicator and problem solver with a general understanding of digital project management principles and website development.

The Account Coordinator will cultivate relationships with current Threespot clients, working primarily with strategists, designers, and developers to maintain and enhance their websites. They will be required to traffic multiple simultaneous, short-term client requests, ranging from addressing break-fix issues to managing small enhancement projects, as well as routine site maintenance.

Responsibilities

Handles maintenance and enhancement requests from clients and colleagues in a timely and professional manner

Resolves issues within skill level; escalates when necessary

Keeps thorough documentation of requests and resolutions

Ensures requests are acknowledged, addressed, tested, and deployed quickly, efficiently, and to client satisfaction

Communicates regularly with clients on the status of issues and enhancement projects

Works with multi-allocated teams and manages team resourcing and scheduling

Manages regularly scheduled website maintenance and updates

Supports contract creation, renewals, and invoicing for all maintenance clients

Carefully manages to client budget limitations and proactively communicates budget concerns

Prepares and maintains client-facing budget tracker for support contracts

Manages and/or supports internal projects to help improve the business

Job Requirements

Experience working with clients

Experience managing budgets and timelines

Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent, customer-centric written and verbal communication skills

Experience with one or more of the following: digital project management, professional website design, end-user support and/or customer service experience for technical products

Flexible, patient, and possesses the ability to prioritize work with constantly changing schedules and deadlines

Calm, self-motivated, positive, and able to focus on delivering high quality, accurate, and timely results for fast-paced projects or assignments

Desire and ability to work autonomously and solve challenges proactively

Experience supporting WordPress and/or Drupal

Experience working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Experience working with Asana, GitHub Issues, or other project management or ticketing software

Experience with quality assurance testing

Threespot offers flexible working hours, but this role requires availability Monday through Friday 9AM – 6PM Eastern Time to respond to urgent client matters
