Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will support the development and delivery of integrated marketing programs and act as a liaison between internal departments. Additionally, this individual manages production schedules and participates in creative and strategic campaign planning. The Account Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of our clients.

We seek to fill two (2) account coordinator positions in our Washington, DC office. The DC office is a hybrid work environment, where team members work from the office three days a week and two days from home.
Core Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day management of client schedules, including updating project progress and task status, and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsible for knowing the status of each campaign and trafficking components according to deadlines.
Act as the internal and the client’s point of contact regarding all production-related items.
Support the development of creative assets and coordinate edits between the internal team, the client, and the design team. This includes coordinating edits and versioning copy as needed.
Serve as the primary proofreader for all materials developed for clients.
Review/QC data segmentation and other production-related data elements and assist with program and campaign reporting.
Create campaign estimates and manage individual campaigns to budget.
Actively participate in client calls and meetings, assisting with planning, management, and follow-up.
Perform other duties as required.
Experience and Qualifications
Strong project management skills—detail-oriented and highly organized, adept at planning and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment—proven experience simultaneously managing a high volume of projects, can work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
Superior critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making to meet project goals.
Exceptional communication skills—excellent oral and written communication, commitment to client service, and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues, clients, and other partners.
Willingness to learn and collaborate with colleagues and other teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
