Duties
Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
Exercises considerable judgement and discretion in handling requests for appointments and telephone calls
Reviews and responds to daily internal and external mail and overnight packages; sends and receives faxes
Proactively establishes and maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, copying, faxing and mailing
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications 1 - 2 years of Receptionist experience in the field or in a related area a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Attendance and punctuality imperative
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Acute attention to detail
Manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently and as a team member
High School Diploma
