**Job Description:**
Pizza Hut is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager who will level up our recent Product Model transformation by working with our existing teams and injecting Agile principles to enable team members from inception to delivery. The candidate has a clear vision for how teams work in a Product Model framework, and is an innovative and resourceful Agile leader with a focus on delivering quality software. The Agile delivery manager will work with their direct reports to implement process improvements across the org. The candidate is someone who thinks big picture in terms of aligning teams with the larger business goals, and works effectively with technical and non-technical teams to deliver quality products.
**Scope of the Role:**
* Coach a team of Scrum Masters embedded in Product Model teams
* Work with team to ensure business and technical initiatives are aligned, dependencies are mapped and blockers are identified
* Empower Scrum Masters to evaluate and constantly improve their teams through process improvements driven by the team retrospectives
* Improve current process to align with Agile principles and current business needs
* Establish standard tools and best practices that can be used across the portfolio.
* Create process to assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
* Enable building a team culture across the organization that aligns with the Product Model vision
* Build strong partnership with all stakeholders and creates trust as we engage with new customers or interested areas
* Empower the team to be self-organized
**Minimum Requirements:**
* 10+ years related technology experience, 8+ years technology project/program management experience
* BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
* 3-5 years Experience leading teams in a Product Model setting - Customer success focus
* 3-5 years Experience as a member of a Product Team in an Agile/Scrum environment
* Solid Understanding of Software Development best practices
* Solid Understanding Unit, Integration, and Functional Behavior test frameworks
* Excellent Communication and organizational skills
