**Description:**
Pizza Hut is seeking an exceptional Social Care Lead Agent to grow our social media following, engage pizza lovers, and support customer issues for our Pizza Hut online community and customer base. This fast-paced and exciting role is a crucial part of the Marketing team as you lead the day-to-day activities of our community management team. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and culture-forward plus have a balance of creative and analytical thinking and a passion for Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook. A typical day might include troubleshooting a customer issue, finding the latest TikTok trend or meme that Pizza Hut should jump on, and brainstorming a creative response to a celebrity who mentions Pizza Hut.
Most importantly, this individual is interested in using their skills and expertise to build a passionate community of pizza lovers and customers.
What You Will Do
- Support day-to-day activities of six-team members engaging and troubleshooting customer concerns and building brand love.
- Regularly on-call to support the team on nights and weekends. Social never sleeps!
- Be responsible for reviewing Pizza Hut's outbound responses on all social platforms to ensure customers have a perfect pizza night and our brand tone shines
- Regularly meet 1:1 with agents and community managers to provide insight on response KPIs
- Create talking points for new product windows and communicate any updates from cross-functional teams
- Analyze and report on key incoming social media data to cross-functional teams
- Proactively identify social trends for the brand to engage in wider cultural conversations and engagement trends
- Advise on creative content concepts and engagement opportunities
- Support the brand on spontaneous or planned reactive social moments like #BonesDay
- Develop marketing and leadership skills including content development, people management, and holistic marketing strategy

- Positive, solution-oriented mentality
- Proven work experience in social media, community management or social customer care
- Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to influence and communicate effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlines
- Have strong communication, problem solving, organization, and delegation skills
- Team player mindset and ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Familiar with Khoros or similar social analytics tools
- Must love pizza!
