Create routine and ad-hoc data analysis deliverables for leadership and stakeholders, including business KPIs, client/competitor activity, and data quality reporting.
Support the development of models for analyzing operational and market data.
Monitor report availability and accuracy, resolving issues with Technology Solutions counterparts.
Qualifications & Experience:
6+ years of experience with database systems, reporting, and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, CRM systems, data warehouses, and SSAS Cubes.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, PowerBI Paginated Report Builder, Azure Data Studio, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Black Mountain/Allvue, Wall Street Office, Eloqua, version control tools (e.g., GitHub), and analysis of unstructured data. Knowledge of R and Python is a plus.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both Business and Technology Team stakeholders.
