Printpack is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Plant Manager. This position will be located in the Grand Prairie, Texas plant and will report to the Director, Manufacturing.
This position is responsible for providing leadership to the daily safety, production, and maintenance operations of the plant and for driving
continuous improvement in the areas of safety, waste, quality, and productivity. A key responsibility is the overall leadership of the plant to

Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
Prior managerial/supervisory experience
High character/integrity
Preferred Requirements:
Lean manufacturing experience
College degree - or equivalent experience

Lead/Support the safety, production, and maintenance functions to maximize plant and business unit profitability, and to achieve plant and company objectives.
Improve upon existing procedures and standards, or initiate new ones, to ensure associate safety, maximize productivity, quality and service, and minimize waste.
Ensure all company and local policies are consistently followed.
Facilitate the professional and personal development of all direct reports.
Help to drive overall business unit performance improvements and provide general leadership to organization-wide initiatives.
