**Overview**
The Project Advisor/Estimator will provide support relating to architectural, engineering consultations, coordination support, and advisory for the renovation of buildings. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide architectural, related engineering consultation, coordination support and advisory for the renovation of buildings.
+ Project coordination and assistance in financial management; program development; housing and space planning, design, cost estimating, construction oversight, inspection, scheduling, relocation, technical reviews, presentations, progress meetings, post occupancy, commissioning, written documentation, architectural and engineering consultation.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ PMP certification is required at start date or must be obtained within 12 months of hiring and kept up to date. Additionally, the following specialized experience is required:
+ Analyzing and evaluating the management, coordination, and monitoring of projects in order to facilitate the acquisition process.
+ Planning, evaluating, and maintaining technical surveillance over operations required to support the program goals and objectives of assigned actions.
+ Additionally, broken down by Level, the Program Advisor is required to meet the below qualifications.
+ Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience listed above required.
+ Active Secret Security Clearance
+ Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
+ Must possess problem-solving skills.
+ Communicating, both verbally and in writing, to provide guidance and instruction related to facilitating the acquisition process (i.e., justifying, negotiating, and resolving controversial issues and problems).
+ Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
+ Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
