EMR, a leader in commercial kitchen repair, has an opening for an Estimator/Project Coordinator. This person will schedule and travel to customer locations for detailed information gathering pertaining to the requested equipment. (Mid-Atlantic Region). Candidate would have a knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and what is required to install or replace these items. (Cooking/Refrigeration/Warewashing Equipment). Candidate will attend pre-bid site meetings for projects to be quoted and obtain detailed information accurately. Work hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm. We offer competitive salary, company car, excellent benefits, medical insurance starts 1st of the month after hire.

Position Requirements:
Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, gas, and mechanical items that may be required for installations.
Ability to estimate labor hours and manpower required for installation projects.
Strong math, communication, organizational skills, and reliability.
Strong team player and have the ability to solve challenging issues with installations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Clear criminal background.
