Responsibilities:

The Engineering Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and mentoring to the North Texas and Oklahoma Asset Engineering Group for all operational, commercial, and project related activities. Duties include:

Lead and manage the Louisiana capital budget in direct support of the Director of Asset Engineering.

Participate in customer meetings as EnLinks technical representative.

Develop and mentor engineering and construction staff.

Focus on customer service through timely responses to asset team requests and insistence on professional, clear and complete project deliverables.

Prepare and assist in the project deliverables prepared by direct reports including pipeline hydraulic analyses, process facility simulations, and project development documents (complete scope of work, responsibility matrices, project costs, project schedules and project economics).

Assist in preparation of Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline required.

7+ years of experience in the midstream sector, including gas plant & gathering systems, compressor and pump stations, pipeline systems and facility design (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API 1104, DOT 192)

Must have project life cycle experience.

Must be experienced in project management, project cost control, and basic economic evaluation.

Experience with pipeline hydraulic simulation in Synergi or equivalent.

Experience with process simulations in ProMax or equivalent.

Ability to work independently and provide sound judgment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
