About The Job
The Community Partner Management team was created to support and manage the last pool of Shorts and Short form creators around the launch of Shorts 3 years back. Ever since this team has evolved to manage not just Shorts but emerging and top creators across multiple formats (like long form, Live, Shopping, etc.). The mission of our team is to scalably grow a healthy, thriving ecosystem of multi-format creators globally.
As a Community Partner Manager (CPM), you will have the opportunity to engage at scale with our Shorts and other format creators. You will recruit, educate, engage, and support our emerging creator communities across our major language markets. The role will involve targeted creator onboarding, scalable community communications and engagement, scaled support, and the establishment and execution of an operational model that you’ll optimize over time as the community grows. Our team is being run as a startup within YouTube, and you’ll be a crucial part of the incubation team bringing it to life.
At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
