Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective channel strategies for each client, including video ideas, thumbnail concepts, and overall vision for the channel
Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality video production and provide necessary guidance and resources
Manage a team of thumbnail designers and scriptwriters to ensure the production of high-quality content
Analyze channel performance and data to gain insights and improve overall strategy
Stay updated on YouTube trends and opportunities to create viral content for clients' channels
Provide feedback to clients on video recordings to improve performance
Identify areas for improvement and bottlenecks in the operation and strategy to scale channels further and faster
Requirements:
Proven experience in YouTube strategy and video production, with a track record of growing successful channels
Familiarity with the business and finance niche is preferred
Strong work ethic and resilience, with a passion for making an impact
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work long hours when necessary
Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
Proficient in English
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Ambitious and dedicated to achieving big results
Experience in team management and working within a business is a plus
