In our journey to grow rapidly in the US, we are now seeking an Account Manager to join our team and drive growth through acquiring new accounts. Maria Nila is an entrepreneurial company where every employee will have an impact on big business decisions. Responsibilities
Prospect, research and qualify new leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively target and acquire new accounts
Conduct through needs assessment to understand potential clients' requirements and challenges
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close new business deals
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches to ensure smooth onboarding
Understand key drivers of growth
Provide training and support to partners on product knowledge, merchandising, and sales techniques
Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress and forecasts to management
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability
Qualifications Proven track record of success in Beauty B2B sales, with a focus on acquiring new business
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field
Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to uncover opportunities and develop relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting friendly beauty products
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Self-starter and a do'er personality
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
