Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations of our McDonald's restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of dedicated staff, ensuring quality customer service, and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities-
Operational Leadership:
Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets McDonald's high standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.
Monitor and manage food safety, product quality, and food preparation processes.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of department managers.
Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and motivation.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer satisfaction surveys.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Maximize profitability through effective cost management and sales growth.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as McDonald's policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred) or 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Food Service Environment.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of McDonald's operational standards is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
