Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with a knack for establishing and maintaining relationships with retail customers, consumers, and our outside sales team. You will be responsible for processing purchase orders, rectifying payment term errors or price discrepancies, managing returns requests for designated accounts, and answering incoming telephone calls. Your role will involve one-call resolution for calls, developing product knowledge, understanding customer sales programs and sales promotions, and processing requests for sales and show samples. You will also work closely with our Supply Chain and Credit Department on orders and pricing disputes, track roll-out orders, and collaborate with our warehouse staff. Your duties will also include refuting customer fines, updating customer websites with relevant information, troubleshooting product-related issues, preparing warranty, parts, and replacement product orders, and responding to incoming information requests via email. You will participate in technical training classes to understand product installation, operation, and troubleshooting techniques. Your job will also encompass account management, customer communication, coordination with various departments, issue resolution, and documentation and reporting.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Cordova, Tennessee and some days remote.
Work Environment
The successful candidate will be based at our headquarters in an office environment.
