**Role Overview:**
+ Assess donor eligibility, including informed consent, AIDS education, confidential self-exclusion, medical history interviews, acceptance criteria, physical exams, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
+ Manage donor adverse events, review lab results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results.
+ Follow SOPs for medical emergencies, implement Center Physician's standing orders, and arrange donor transport to emergency facilities.
+ Consult Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on unacceptable findings, medical or technical issues, donor safety, and eligibility.
+ Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
+ Manage employee incidents, determine if further evaluation by occupational health/ER is needed, and follow EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
+ Serve as a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and assist in investigations related to pandemic threats within the local community as directed by EHS or Medical Affairs.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent, including completion of a recognized nursing program meeting state requirements
+ Current licensure or certification in the assigned state: LPN or LVN
+ Valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
+ Completion of state requirements for basic IV therapy (if applicable)
+ Successful completion of FDA-approved training for Medical Support Specialist
+ At least two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting
**Compensation:**
+ Location: USA - WI - Greenfield
+ U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $25.00 - $34.38
