Seeking a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, execution, monitor, control, and successful delivery of infrastructure implementation projects. This candidate is a seasoned project leader who has strong business and infrastructure acumen, adopts company and inter-department best practices and policies with the ability to work independently with general guidance from management. Candidate must produce high quality work as we are looking to raise our project delivery excellence to the next level. Exemplary planning, organization, problem analysis, project management and presentation skills are a must. Candidate must be able to work at a detail level to identify and manage issues and risks to closure, including root cause identification and development of mitigation strategies and solutions. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with management effectively and openly, raising issues and risks as early as possible while presenting potential resolutions as well as speaking to the health and status of the project. The candidate must be able to manage sub-vendor and client relationships with regards to the project.

You will be a member of a premier technology Project Management Office (PMO) that is dedicated to the success of the client and the company, aligned with project management best practices, and committed to continuous improvement for the team as well as for the individual.

We need someone who can:

Build and lead cross-functional teams

Consistently deliver projects on time and on budget

Communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams

Establish clear stakeholder expectations

Solve complex problems that require critical thinking

Be proactive in all areas of their job and be able to command a project (drive accountability of project resources, provide direction, clear obstacles, stay ahead of potential risks)

Adhere to stringent reporting requirements

Monitor performance in project control activities

Identify project risks and develop solid mitigation plans

Communicate effectively and is accustomed to engaging with senior business and technology leaders

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field

Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder management

Minimum 3 years experience managing infrastructure projects

Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI)

Ability to communicate highly technical problems and solutions at all levels from engineer to executives

Ability to influence, negotiate and inspire others

Excellent organization, planning skills, and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and writing

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
