The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney, to be based in the Philadelphia, PA area. Applicants for these positions should have 3-5 years of litigation experience, as well as strong legal writing, legal research, and client management skills. Experience with MDLs and mass torts/class actions a plus. A strong litigation skill set and a desire to be actively involved with all aspects of discovery and work with clients and experts is a must.
